Patricia Smith is Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for Cox Automotive, the world’s leader in automotive software solutions for auto dealers, consumers, financial institutions and OEMs. Cox Automotive is a subsidiary of Atlanta-based Cox Enterprises. Patricia was named to this position in June 2016. She is responsible for developing and managing the security strategy for Cox Automotive, as well as all aspects of risk management & compliance, security operations, vulnerability management and security culture & awareness.

Patricia has spent over 15 years designing, building, and managing information security and technology risk programs that focus on delivering innovative security solutions while partnering with the business to enable innovation and business success.

Prior to joining Cox Automotive, Patricia held positions including Vice President of Information Security & Risk Management at Dealertrack, where she was a founding member of the internet startup. Dealertrack was acquired by Cox Automotive in October, 2015.

Prior to joining Dealertrack, Patricia was an Internet Developer at Chase Auto Finance. She began her career in 1996 at the American Institute of Physics as an Internet Publisher and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. John’s University in Jamaica, NY.

Patricia, and her husband Robert, currently reside in New York with their two children.

Mark Luber is SVP & Chief Data Officer at Cox Automotive, where he leads Cox Automotive Data Solutions, a team of 150-plus experts, and works across Cox Automotive to unleash the power of its data assets.

In this role, Luber is responsible for Cox Automotive’s data strategy, helping uncover new opportunities to monetize existing data and working to bring new data solutions to market. In addition, he leads Cox Automotive’s data business, data roadmap and data governance.

Before joining Cox Automotive, Luber spent 15 years at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he established a long and successful track record of bringing differentiated solutions to market. During his decade and a half with the company, Luber held a wide variety of roles spanning technology and product management leadership, market and analytic strategy, and data acquisition. He built and led teams with a holistic perspective of the marketplace, market problems, data landscapes, and technical and analytical capabilities – all in service of driving outsized growth through new product innovation.

Neil Campbell

Neil Campbell oversees the strategy and planning for Cox’s Employee Experience Lab (EXLab), a comprehensive multi-year effort to reimagine the employee experience across all Cox divisions.
Campbell has been with Cox since 2012 in a range of senior management positions, most recently serving as VP, Finance for Cox Automotive. Before joining Cox, he held several leadership positions in strategy, sales, finance operations and was a management consultant at organizations including Americold Logistics, The Home Depot and Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner).
He has a BBA in management information systems from James Madison University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. In the community, he served as Chairman of the Board at Communities in Schools of Atlanta, an organization that provides dropout prevention programs across Atlanta’s public schools.

Tamara Aranbayeva

Tamara Aranbayeva leads the Design Thinking function for EXLab, providing hands-on coaching and training to our EXLab project teams, supporting the Program Team, and managing a small but mighty group of Design Thinking Coaches. She is passionate about innovation and supporting an initiative that empowers our employees to Inspire, Ideate, and Implement with speed in mind over perfection while also understanding the unique challenges that exist within Cox. Between Q4 2018-Q2 2019, Tamara has conducted 20+ Design Thinking workshops for 250+ EXLab team members and helped kick off 18 EXLab teams.

Tamara landed her first role with Cox in 2012 delivering IT & Management Consulting hailing from her expertise with Ernst & Young. Prior to supporting EXLab, Tamara was a Program Manager for the CAI People Solutions PMO team, providing program management, process improvement, and strategy expertise for key initiatives. Tamara received her BA in Information Systems from Georgia State University and earned an MBA from Ashford University with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. In her free time, Tamara enjoys traveling and has a goal of visiting every continent within the next 10 years. Her most recent trip was back to her come country of Uzbekistan- the first time going back since she and her family immigrated to the United States!

Adarsh Patel is a Georgia Tech graduate with a B.S in Computational Media. Currently, as a Sr. Product Manager in the Product Development & Management team, Adarsh is overseeing the new Cox app redesign effort which is a complete overhaul of the current Cox Connect mobile application. The Cox app looks to bring the new Brand Identity, Voice, and Promise to life by focusing on building robust user experiences related to Billing and Support needs for Cox customers.

Bavard has spent the last two years leading a matrixed team for Cox’s mobile Apps, including Cox Connect and Voice Everywhere. Today he is working on the Customer Care team using his mobile and digital-first skill sets to bridge the gaps between business capabilities and technical readiness. Bavard has a unique insight into emerging digital channels and is helping deliver business value and identify strategic opportunities for mobile self-service and digital care.

Bavard is a graduate of Georgia State and University of New York (Albany), where he obtained two Masters degrees in Information Systems and English, respectively. In his spare time, he’s a musician, a snowboarder, and a photographer.

In Care Samantha ensures successful implementation of emerging technologies including chatbots and Apple Business Chat. Samantha joined Cox with experience leading strategy and operations for the Sales and Care organizations at McMaster-Carr Supply Company and in change management consulting with Deloitte. Samantha is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and spends most of her time away from work chasing her three-year-old.

    • As a Senior Manager on ServiceNow’s Mobile team, Josh helps to oversee the development and enablement of ServiceNow’s mobile apps, which include Now Mobile, Mobile Onboarding and Now Agent. By regularly working with customers, Josh and his team help to create mobile apps that great experiences and unlock productivity.
    • Prior to ServiceNow, Josh worked at SkyGiraffe, which ServiceNow acquired in 2017. During his tenure, he helped to build SkyGiraffe’s US operations and served as Chief of Staff to CEO. He later led SkyGiraffe’s Customer Success and Product operations. Josh has also led Global Brigade projects in Honduras focusing on water sustainability.
